Lester's ST 12V Electric Pot/Trap Puller Motor Package

Lester's ST 12V Electric Pot Puller Motor Package is compatible with most Schedule 80 electric pot pullers on the market. It features a heavy-duty 12V DC water-resistant motor available in 2.0 HP or 2.5 HP. The motor is sealed with oil bath roller bearings, steel and bronze alloy gears, a die-cast aluminum gearbox, and synthetic gear oil for long-lasting performance.

The motor package also includes a two-piece stainless knurled sheave and aluminum hub, a Delrin rope guide v-roller assembly and a 12-volt 50 amp Off/On electrical switch.

This motor assembly has a 10 ft 6-gauge wire harness, an 80 amp circuit breaker and an SMH Quick Disconnect for easy setup.

Our motor package comes with two 1/4" stainless pins to attach the motor package to the davit.

Lester’s ST 12V 2.0 HP 90:1 unit boasts a speed of 110 feet per minute and a pulling capacity of 150 lbs.

Lester’s ST 12V 2.5 HP 60:1 unit boasts a speed of 150 feet per minute and a pulling capacity of 225 lbs.

Accepts line sizes from 5/16” to 1/2”. Sheave spacers are available for wider rope.

The unit comes with a 1-year warranty.

Optional Upgrade:

• Lester's Plunger is a heavy-duty, spring-loaded T-handle locking system that securely locks your davit into 90° positions. Designed as an easy-to-use replacement for the standard square lock pin, it makes adjusting and securing your davit faster and more convenient. It features a TIG-welded aluminum stem with stainless steel internal components for superior strength, corrosion resistance, and dependable operation in harsh marine environments.

Incompatibility and Warranty Voidance: Scotty or Cannon downrigger plugs are incompatible with Lester’s 12-volt pullers. These plugs are rated for circuits of 30 amps or less and utilize 10–12-gauge wire. Use of such plugs with our equipment may result in motor failure and will void your warranty.
