These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

    Order Cut-off Time: 4 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Handling Time:
    Order Handling time: 1-3 Days, Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Transit Time:
    Order Transit time: 3-4 Days, Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Delivery Terms:
    Orders are generally shipped using USPS or FedEx.

    Shipping Cost: $41.99 per Pot (Note: This rate does not apply to Hoop Nets or Commercial Pots.)
  • Manual Pot Pullers
    Shipping Cost: $66.85 per Manual Puller

Pre-Order Items: Hoop Nets & Commercial Pots

Hoop Nets and Commercial-Style Crab Pots are available by pre-order only and are not eligible for standard shipping rates. To place an order, please contact us to confirm shipping options and rates or to arrange local pickup.

Combined Shipping Rate Calculation

When an order includes products from multiple shipping profiles, the shipping costs will be combined as follows:

  • Total Shipping Cost = [Shipping Rate (based on total order value)] + ($41.99 Ă— Number of Crab/Shrimp/Crawfish Pots) + ($66.85 Ă— Number of Manual Pullers)

No Sales Tax

We do not charge any tax on our products. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees or added charges at checkout.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
