Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lesterscrabpots.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is free shipping. This means your shipping fee is $0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is also $0.00.

 

  • For your responsibility (Customer Remorse):

Lester's American Made Marine Gear will happily accept returns due to customer remorse. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 30 days if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn't need any more or wrong products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, the items need to returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
