Lester's 3-piece Sch-80 SE-Black 12V Electric Pot Puller package features a heavy-duty 1.5” Schedule 80 aluminum davit, Black Powder Coated for superior protection against moisture, saltwater, corrosion, wear, and impacts. The sleek black finish adds a professional, modern look.
It includes a water-resistant 12V 2.5 HP DC motor. A Rope Assist device is installed to eliminate rope slippage. It also comes with a 12-volt 50 amp Momentary Up & Down electrical switch for hands-free operation, allowing the motor to rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise.
The motor is sealed with oil bath roller bearings, steel and bronze alloy gears, a die-cast aluminum gearbox, and synthetic gear oil for long-lasting performance.
The motor package includes a two-piece stainless knurled sheave, aluminum hub, and a Delrin rope guide v-roller assembly.
This motor assembly comes with a 10 ft 6-gauge wire harness, an 80-amp circuit breaker, and an SMH Quick Disconnect for easy setup.
Our electric pullers come with a Folbe open pulley block with a ¼” stainless-steel quick link, two ¼” stainless pins to attach the motor package to the davit, and one 5/16” stainless pin to secure the davit to the mounting bracket. A Delrin-Sleeved gunnel and flat floor mount set is included.
Lester’s 12V 2.5 HP 60:1 motor unit boasts a speed of 150 feet per minute and a pulling capacity of 200 lbs.
Accepts line sizes from 5/16” to 1/2”. Sheave spacers are available for wider rope.
The unit stands 74” tall with a horizontal reach of 33”.
